The development consists of 3 new mixed use buildings with a common underground parking garage. All buildings have ground and second floor commercial and industrial uses and the remaining floors are residential. The buildings range between 8 and 24 stories, containing 340 parking spaces over 2 below grade levels. There will also be 246 bicycle parking spaces.
